My approach to art is horny, transfaggy, and unapologetic. That’s the goal.

My illustrative and narrative work focuses on the lived experiences of transmasculine people, specifically centering the intersections of race and (dis)ability within this community context. This focus directly opposes transnormativity by documenting the chaotic and underrepresented aspects of both social and medical transition that are often sanitized for the cis majority. Rather than presenting a linear or palatable narrative, my work explores the complex internal reckonings of trans identity and the realities of multiply-marginalized lived experiences. Also I draw big boobs.

I primarily consider myself to be a [digital] illustrator, but I work with a wide variety of both traditional and digital media.

When it comes to the digital, my main focus as of late has been on web art and the curation/creation of free web graphics. I’m heavily inspired by the knowledge freely available within open-source code. My aim is to create a broad range of digital resources for others to use as they wish, with the intention of the original artist and context (aka, me) to be lost over time as both files and ideas move around the web.

In the physical world, my recent work has focused on utilitarian objects and visible mending.
